Andrea Masucci was among the speakers at the Excel 401(k) Conference October 22-24, 2017 in Las Vegas.
Masucci and co-presenter Amy Glynn headlined a discussion led by Women In Pensions Network (WiPN) President Kathleen Roche entitled “”Find Your Passion – Change The Rules.”
The session focused on the stages of development for success in both professional and personal relationships.
“The four stages of development – Awakening, Rule Breaking, Hand Shaking and Piece-of-Cake-ing – is something I created for a four-part WiPN webinar series,” said Masucci. “It’s a blueprint that’s been embraced not only by the advisors who attended the Excel 401(k) conference, but also to the hundreds of women being mentored through Women In Pensions.”
Women In Pensions is a national non-profit organization for women in the retirement industry. In addition to serving as a member of the organization’s board of directors, Masucci leads its Mentor Committee and WiPNConnect Program.
Excel 401(k) is an advisor-driven conference designed to help attendees advance their professional development and make valuable connections to grow their 401(k) practices.
