Ms. Masucci launched the Retirement Plan Services group in 2016 for a TOP 100 financial firm. During her time as the Director of Retirement Plan Services, Ms. Masucci led the design, management and delivery of investment management services to employee retirement benefit plans to maximize fiduciary support and offer industry best practices to over #140 companies.
Ms. Masucci analyzed, designed and implemented a consultative prospecting and opportunity strategy, onboarding over $32M in new assets while implementing a customized service model to serve the existing companies.
Ms. Masucci, who is well known by top financial intermediaries as the Women In Pensions Network Board of Directors Emeritus and the Chair of the Columbus Chapter, the organization's newest 26th chapter, said she's ready for a change.
